Terms of Service
These terms explain the rules that apply when you access the Drip Type website, software, subscriptions, and related services operated by Zap.
1. Agreement
By downloading, accessing, or using Drip Type, you agree to these terms. If you use Drip Type for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. The service
Drip Type is a macOS writing utility that composes and enters user-provided text into supported applications. Availability may vary by macOS version, hardware, application behavior, and system permissions.
3. Account and license
Subject to payment and compliance with these terms, Zap grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Drip Type for your own lawful purposes. You may not resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, bypass access controls, or distribute modified copies except where applicable law expressly permits it.
4. Acceptable use
You are responsible for the text you enter and the destinations where it is used. Do not use Drip Type to violate law, impersonate others, distribute malware, evade platform safeguards, send abusive messages, or infringe third-party rights.
5. Subscriptions
Paid plans renew automatically at the disclosed billing interval until cancelled. Prices, included features, trials, and taxes are shown before checkout. Billing will be processed by Stripe under its applicable terms.
6. Updates and changes
We may improve, change, suspend, or discontinue features. Material changes that affect a paid plan will be communicated through the product, account, or website when reasonably possible.
7. Intellectual property
Drip Type, Zap, the signal-caret mark, software, design, and documentation are owned by Zap or its licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership of our intellectual property or of content you provide.
8. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. Zap does not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation in every third-party app. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zap is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
9. Termination
You may stop using Drip Type at any time. We may suspend access for material violations, fraud, security risk, or nonpayment, subject to applicable law.
